HOW TO BOOK
To book a Gentle Cycling Company ride, you can ring us on 0800 WE BIKE (0800 93 2453) or 03 9295652. We will ask for your height at the time of booking so we can reserve a bike of the right size for you.
We will also ask for your credit card details to confirm the booking.

GENERAL INFORMATION
All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST. We accept all major credit cards
All bookings require payment to confirm the booking and to reserve the bike for your ride

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that if you cancel, you are liable for a cancellation fee, but you can re-book anytime for no charge
We don't cancel because of weather, as weather tolerances for riding are a personal preference. So if you don't want to ride in the rain, we recommend that you check the weather the day before your booked ride: http://www.metservice.com/public/localWeather/nelson.html

If you cancel before 10am on the day prior to your booked ride
Re-book :no extra cost
Cancel :  10% fee

If you cancel after 10am on the day prior to your booked ride
Re-book :no extra cost
Cancel :  50% fee

If you cancel on the day of booked ride
Re-book: no extra cost
Cancel or no-show: no refund

CHECK-IN
Please check in 15 minutes prior to any departure time

GROUP BOOKINGS
The maximum group size for any ride that uses our transport is 10 people. For other rides, the maximum is 12
Group discounts are available - please enquire.
